Here is my llama! [link]
He's a bit front-heavy so he needs my lizard friend to lean on, but I think my future llamas will be more quadrupedal.

Woooo (the photo is lovely btw) and the llama is so cleanly folded! Really great work.

Could I know the model of camera you use ?

I used a Canon 40D and a 50mm f/1.8 lens. I use it for high speed photos by holding the shutter open while in a completely dark room, and then setting a flash off at the exact moment that I want to capture. That part is done with a microcontroller I programmed.

Okay thx for the details !
[...Hmm, I'm thinking about something... I'm in the project to stop my photograher activity (it's really rude for me this year) and become an au pair instead, so I sell my 7D nude (or with a 18-55 and/or with some accessories e.g. batteries, cards, flash), do you think you could be interested by this 7D ? (And buying it between now and april.)
I'm just saying, who knows. It's funny cause I will post my first announce (for this 7D) today, maybe god sent you to me or something, but maybe not, cause a 7D is pretty expensive ^^ !]

I'd LOVE to have the 7D, but because of the price I think I'll wait and try to make my 40D last a little longer. I've got lots of other things I would like to buy instead. Thanks for the offer though!

Yep 7D is very expensive... You should see the 550D wich is the same but with a lower price.

Yeah actually your comments along with a recent need for HD video recording have gotten me looking at the new camera line and I'm seriously considering getting a 60D now. I'm really excited for all the new features they have and the ISO performance looks so amazing compared to my camera.
Then I'll sell my 40D and only be a few hundred dollars down. It's exciting looking at this stuff again.

Yeah, I'm sure you can get that by selling your cam and some stuff beside.
...And fuck yeah, the new lines have fucking great stuff, the ISO's are great, the image/sec rate are awesome etc !! We have great stuff these days.

I was given some a while ago by a friend so I only have a handful to give out - otherwise I would have given you more, you deserve them. Plus, I have a special love for atheists.

Thanks Josh. I've been away from the TL forums for a while. Now that school is out I hope to start doing more with timelapses. I'll probably see you on there too then!
