Now, as against art theft as I am, using all caps, yelling, and being an asshole about this situation is not going to help it in any way. It may even make it worse.

If you looked through their gallery, they do have works of their own. More than likely, this artist wants attention and gratification fast and chooses to also steal art along with it. Or they could just not know/understand the rules.

There is no need for you to react with hostility, though.

Excuse me, but it is against dA ToS to post images that you did not create. It is art theft, and you can and will be reported and banned for it. Please remove any and all images that you did not create, or the contain other images that you did not create, or I will be forced to report you.
