# About me
I'm StormarticToy enthusiast and collector of 27 years =^_^=
If this is "not art" to you, then hold your tongue and go somewhere else. This is for those who do appreciate it and I honestly don't care if you don't; it doesn't go against DA rules in any way so I have a right to upload these images.

English, Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin, Thai
Wow, that's a great list! And it's DVD, not Blu-Ray! (don't have a zone free Blu-ray player )
*saves link and hopes it will still be available in August*

You have awesome stuff. I would like to have assumptions that maybe you'd like to take a look at my things i'm trying to get rid of, or if you have anything you dont need/want to trade. >.< I just really need to clear my house to have more room, it's fine if not! I don't wish to advertise or bother people, i'm really wishing to get rid of stuff XD

I would imagine that the reason you get crap comments from some people would be that the pictures you post aren't exactly creative. On this site, the more "professional" people who post photography either position the subjects creatively or post generic photos to show off a plush/figurine/etc that they've actually made themselves. If you want positive responses, don't just post plain old photos of things that people have seen all over the place anyway. I do respect photography, but your composition could use some work (and I don't see much reason to just take a picture of a cover of a book or a boxed figurine, either). No offense, but it just looks like something one might use when they're forced to add an image when selling something via the internet.
Just out of curiosity, why do you post pictures of official merchandise?

It's a passion of mine. I've often made photos of my collections, and many loved them but wanted to see the individual items.
So it was partly a request, and also inspired by ~The-Toy-Chest who is actually ~WildSpiritWolf
If WildSpiritWolf decided to do it, someone whom I look up to so much, then I couldn't see any harm in it.
I do have other accounts where I focus on improving.
*The-ShadowCat - Photo
=Toyger -Art
Sure, this account isn't much different from a collectors page. But it is just as much a passion to me as art, and in a way art in it's own right
I've payed DA 30+ years worth of subscriptions, so I see no harm in using a bit of space on what many will consider "lesser art".
As for the flaming. It was one person on multiple accounts + a friend of his.

I don't mean to sound rude, but "someone else did it first" isn't much of a reason.
Anyway, I think that there may be better places to post such pictures. DeviantART is more of a place to show your own creations, not something that someone else created and you happened to buy.
Like I said, I'm not trying to be a troll, and I can't really stop you from posting such things anyway. It just doesn't seem quite as appropriate here as it would on an actual collection site, since this hardly qualifies as "art". They say that artwork is anything that can be admired by any one person, but the thing is, you're not actually responsible for any of the things that people are admiring.

I have enough people who do enjoy them here, so I think it's justified.
I wont use any other site cause I love DA. They have a great system for it.

This really seems like more of a personal thing, though, and might get a bit of a better reaction from the many people who don't know you if it was, for example, posted in the scraps gallery of an account focusing on artwork/more thoughtful photography. That way, those who enjoy it can still enjoy it with you in the same way they would here, and you can also avoid unwanted attention from trolls who wouldn't bother actually talking reasonably about it, since I don't think scraps normally show up in da searches by accident.
Like I said, though, there's nothing I can do to change your decisions. These are just helpful suggestions.

The scrap show up the exact same place, so there wouldn't be a difference
And the trolls was just that one and his friend

Either way, why make different accounts for different types of deviations? If it were me, I'd keep all of my submissions in one place to show diversity (and so that people would know that it's always me).

Different watchers for different subjects.
So there are no reason not too!
You are arguing for the sake of arguing.
I'm a deviant of 7 years, nothing you say is new to me nor should I have to defend my rights to you. I thank you for staying sivilized, but your continuis hassle is starting to go toward harrassment. You will be baned from my account.

This was allot of fun to do too!
So far I've only done the ones on my computer shelf
In the basement I have a huge stack of them, inside those big black garbage bags (for protection, from dust and such) Think I have 5-6 full bags plus same amount big grocery bags full
Looking forward to go through them, some of my "best friends" growing up are down there. I used to have my bed so full of plushies there were hardly room for me
That was before my collection had even started

Haha, that sounds the same as my childhood. Truly though, my number of stuffed animal "best friends" far exceeded the number of my real life human friends and remained that way for many years.
