Appearance
He has messy blonde hair and dull green eyes. There are cuts, bruises and scars all over his body, some fresh some old. His skin is very pale and he is very skinny and unhealthy. He no longer has his military uniform or normal clothes. Instead, he has a long white shirt that reaches to his knees. It's very dirty with holes and ripped edges.
Personality
He is depressed, lonely and sad. If you talk to him, he is very nice but he's hurting badly on the inside. He doesn't understand why he's in prison but he's been there so long that he just accepts it, along with the daily beatings and horrible food.

She mewed softly and crawled into his cell. "Hello..." She nuzzled him.

He ked over at the cat half-heartedly. He blinked slowly and nodded to her, forcing a fake smile. "Ello..." He mumbled mostly to himself, shifting his gaze forward, fixing it once again on nothing.

She walked over to the other side of him and turned her face to try and find in vain what he was looking at. She looked back at him and rubbed up against his leg, before settling herself beside him. "I guess your not feeling any better then the last time I saw you?" She said softly, really not wanting to upset him.

Arthur shrugged. "I'm fine, really." He lied blatently. He began to pet the cat on the head, glad for her company. "I'm just... tired." He forced a yawn, and rubbed his eyes sleepily, before laying down on the cold, hard floor. It sent a shiver down his spine, but he tried to make it non noticable.

England looked down doubtfully. "I... I wish you could." He chose his words carefully, realizing the blonde probablly wouldn't listen anyway.

Elizabeth came into the building after being told her older brother was here. When she came in she asked where her brother Arthur was and was guided to a prison cell after being warned about how he has murdered a whole mental hospital. She was confused upon hearing this but when she saw her brother in the condition he was in she almost had a minor mental breakdown. "A-Arthur?!" She said shocked and confused on why he was here and how he got there in the first place. She hadn't seen him for years after some men took him away from their home and she was abandoned in the house. After he was taken away she could barely sleep and if she were to ever try to sleep she would sleep in his old room and missed her older brother and only true family dearly. "W-What happened to you?! W-Why did those big men take you away?!" She said.

She looked a bit shocked. "D-Don't you remember me? I-I'm your little sister..." She said somberly hoping to God he just forgot that she would change so much from being very little to now having a human age of 18.

"Little sister..?" He blinked and looked her over, trying to remember. Something hit him as he saw her clothes and started to recognize her voice. Almost his whole past came flooding back to him at once, making him scream. "NO NO!! IT WASN'T ME!!" He broke into sobs as he started to pull at his hair.

"A-Arthur!" She almost flat out screamed as she rushed to his side and tried to calm him down while having tears prick her own eyes and threaten to flow down from her eyes. She was panicking and she could tell as worry laced across her features.

He breathed heavily, his eyes wide and terrified. He was trembling all over but despite all this he didn't push her away.

"A-Arthur a-are you okay? Th-They did bad things to you when you were here d-didn't they...?..." She said, still worried, and also very pissed at whoever could have caused this.

He nodded, starting to calm down a little, but he was still panting heavily.

She hugged him to try and calm him down again. "They aren't going to anymore Arthur...I won't let them..." The Welsh girl said determinedly.

The englishmen looked at her. "You can't stop them." His heart began to speed up at the thought of them beating him again. Then he tried to pace his breathing. "They wont stop..." He blinked slowly.

"I'll try my best to stop them...You don't deserve to be in here..." She said and looked down for a few seconds, looking at him again after. "I'll get you out of here. I'm going to get you home again..." The girl looked directly into her older brother's eyes.
