It was probably a mistake or something, since new users might not know the rules about dA like we do. Say for example, someone who didn't go on dA or wasn't a member for very long probably wouldn't know what an adoptable or points were. I'm sure she doesn't mean to.

It's fine, they don't hate you, they just want you to credit your used line arts and bases just like everyone else should.
And, before you come and say "Tons of other people don't credit, so why should i?", let me tell you what i always say, just because everyone does something wrong, doesn't make it any more acceptable and doesn't mean you are allowed to do it either.

I have news. They won't let you in peace while you don't credit the stuff you use OR (some, maybe, like in other cases) leave.

But i don't think you should leave. Hear me: It's okay. Everything is okay. They just don't want you to get in trouble with the base makers as most of them will prohibit non-crediters of using their bases. Many base makers quit doing bases because they aren't recognized as people don't credit them.

I  am being nice, and I am not wrong--credit is being given, it is not given properly.

While I agree the girl could be giving proper credit, she is being stubborn due to the rude way people are handling it. I have even reported the call-out journals/art and art needing proper credit.

I hope I haven't offended you in any way--even my kindness towards this individual cannot pierce her stubborn ways, so it is useless by now.

In her most recent dress pictures, there is not even unproper given credit.

Though i don't really think it's all people's fault, as you can see in the link, she tells someone to go f-word themselves at the description. Right next to the "credit" she gave. 

I must thank you though for not dashing at me, and for not being passive aggressive. 
And i understand you. That's frustrating how one refuses to acknowledge people are trying to help them.
