I did try to make one myself, cause I'm trying to make a game, but I lack the musical skill to make even the simplest Techno for him, so I gave up and focus on programming for now.

What genre? How long? Major or minor key? (Most dance music is in minor keys) what should it feel like? Do you have a song for reference?

I do have a few references, from the game Inside My Radio. Track number 1, 2 and 9. Here
The genre will be Electro, Techno, Glitch or mixture of those, as long as it feel robotic. I don't mind the length much, 2-3 minutes should be enough, and keep it in minor key, major seems a lil' bit too cheerful.
