My opinion as a dev about programming : go for C# instead of C++. C# is way better and faster in my opinion. But of course you could still start with learning C++ basics and move on later, since some OOP knowledge will sure come in handy.

Your fav char is Luna... interesting. Well, in case you can relate to it, I'll say that I see her in a special way because I had a few great experiences under beautiful night aerial landscapes, like amazing cloud formations and even a partial lunar eclipse not so long ago (the Moon had an orange glow), and with music in my ears, Luna in my heart and Nature all around me, those moments were so powerful that I keep seeing Luna as "special" because, if she does "exist" somehow it will be her I'm directing my feelings of appreciation to.
So, not sure if she's my fav char, I love everypony about the same (which is, A LOT) but yeah she gave me a lot ^^
Haha but you might like her for different reasons than me XD Well it's true her story is very very awesome too ;)

I hope you wont mind me asking questions when I get started!

To be honest, when I say Luna I am including the fandom's expansion upon her persona and history, filling in the blanks left by the show.
I just find her relate-able in that, though I was never sent to the moon, I would internalize my pains and felt as though I was always in the background, ignored by the rest of the world.
I would just be this depressed little kid who kept bottling everything up until, one day, the bottle broke.

But enough of that, I don't want this turning into a sob story.
If you want, I can expand upon that story some other time.
For now lets just say that I'm past it, and managed to overcome those difficulties.

Other than that, I am a bit of a night owl when I don't have to get up the next morning, so I suppose it's only natural that I chose Luna and her beautiful night.
