I'm just swell thankyou. haha ta mate, most of them are super old. Tried to get back into the swing of it recently and had some killer fun playing with HDR photos.
The more recent ones are generally taken on my old school pentax *ist dl I have had since highschool. 6.1MP of glory! Looking at either a 60D ($$) a d5100 (most likely) or a 600D (would rather go the nikon). Can't believe how cheap they've become. What are you shooting with? Beer sometime soon?

I'm strictly a Nikon man but I'm actually still shooting with the first DSLR I ever bought which is a Nikon D60. I used to shoot a lot with a relatively expensive 16-85mm Nikkor lens but I've all but retired that and now I shoot almost exclusively with a fixed 50mm Nikkor lens. The combo I use could realistically be picked up for $800 on the second hand market but I'll only upgrade once I feel I simply can't take better photos with my current setup (which is probably never! always room to learn more).

We should definitely do a beer soon, where abouts are you living now?

whoops terribly late reply my apologies! yeah I dug out my old pentax for a while but although I could keep going on it.. it would be nice to have a better piece of gear that's a bit more up to date. I was looking at a tamron 10-24mm to accompany the d5100 but im feeling poor again so i better not think too much about it. I'm in the wonderful land of mount lawley now, just a stone throw from the scotto!

hahaha thats awesome, it looks about what i want - i'm thinking of just a naked body and that lens to start with.

i have about 32 dollars to last me a week and about a grand to pay by the end of the month so sadly I think it might be some time off!

oh i dont know.. i guess i just dont have the same amounts of time/interest unfortunately, every time i mean to start taking photos seriously again it doesnt work out. one day im sure ill get back into it, i just dont know when
