Well I use to use this old version of a painting software called
CG Illust by deleter. Its pretty good and is easy to learn(Plus it was
cheap xD).
But now i've recently started getting hipped to this great painting tool
called "Sai"! I got it free from a friend here on deviant.
No I dont use photoshop..wish I did, but I currently can't
afford it. -__-

Ah, I see. My mom just ordered a tablet and I was just wondering, me and my sis are on a scavenger hunt for programs. xD;
I did the demo of "Sai", eventually it ended... I've been trying constantly for a real version of it...
It just makes me wonder how other deviants get Photoshop since it's so expensive.

And I understand your whole concept on finding the right painting software.
I was stuck in that same jam as well ^^ but there's always hope ^^
And as for photoshop, alot of ppls told me they've gotten they're photoshops from
schools or...from someone how can crack its code. o_o
And also the certain kind of tablet you get will sometimes come along
with a painting software ^^ for example my Bamboo tablet came with a number of softwares. One being Photoshop element ^^ But I still prefer to use sai xD Im that lazy at the moment.

I wouldn't be capable of getting Photoshop like that... I'll just have to wait and see when we're not so tight on money.
I've heard that they do, I'll just wait and see what comes with the tablet.
I think my mom ordered a Genius tablet... I really wanted to get a Bamboo, but Genius seems cool too.
