Some people do use a mouse if their hands are very steady. Most 'really good digital artist' generally have a drawing pad to use, which is why their lines are more precise. : )

I was confused about the llama thing, and it's reason for existence as well. To give llamas, you go to the person's DA profile, look that the top right hand corner where you'll find the watch button and lo and behold! There is a 'Give' button! You click this mysterious button and there will be a list of options, one of them being the llama. Click the llama and go from there!

You don't actually do anything with the llamas, as far as I'm oncerned. If you've ever seen those icon pictures with an egg where you click on them to upgrade their level, the llamas generally work the same way. The more llamas you get, the more upgraded your llama thing is. And if you're cool enough, you can get a super cool llama.

Points are DA's online money. You can get points by buying them with actual money, doing point commissions, or getting donations. :3
