or do you mean "plz accounts" (essentially acconts made for the icons) like ?
Also, to friend people...on the top of each persons page, there's a "watch this deviant" button. When you watch someone, it gives you the option to add them as a friend. You get all of their journals and pictures the same as any other deviant, the only difference is....their you're friend, I guess. xD

So, to emote, there is a list of emotes...when you comment, you see in the bottom right where it says "emoticons"? You click it and it gives the list of basic emotes.
To use them:
say you wanted to put "ninja"
First, you put a colon ---> : <----
then write "ninja", then close with a colon
so, like this....
Colon ninja Colon
so it'll turn out like
Basically!!!: put colons on either end of the emote name. This is the case for many coding-ish things on DA.
