Theodore "Sonic" Quillback (Voiced by Yuri Lowenthal)
Age: 16 (Born October 28, 2004)
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 138 lbs.
Birthplace: Cairo, Egypt
Bio: Born as the second born child to Aleena Quillback, Theodore Quillback, or Sonic, was always fast. He would spend his days running from one side of the city to the other. He would play with his older sister, Sonia, and founder brother, Malcolm or "Manic."
As he got older, life in Cairo became dull. On Sonic's 10th birthday, his uncle and Aleena's sister, Charles "Chuck" Quillback, decided to surprise him by taking him on a trip to New York. Once there, he befriended an orphan fox named Miles "Tails" Prower. The two hedgehogs brought the young fox back with them to Cairo.
Fast forward six years, Sonic and Tails are now older. The two have been fighting a villain named Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik, a human from another dimension who plans on taking over Sonic's world. Now, Sonic, Tails, Chuck, and a new recruit named Alika "Knuckles" Kekoa travel the world taking on their nemesis.

Miles "Tails" Prower (Voiced by Jacob Hopkins)
Age: 10 (Born November 21, 2010)
Height: 4'3"
Weight: 71 lbs.
Bio: Miles" Tails" Prower was born to a poor family. Because of this, his parents couldn't afford to take care of him, so one night they placed him on the steps of a boys home and were never seen again. The now orphaned fox kit was taken in by the owner of the home.
One day, Tails was with the owner as she ran some errands. Tails wandered off and soon ran into a group of boys. The boys began picking on him when Sonic and his uncle Chuck walked up. They chased off the boys and brought Tails back to the owner, who explained that as long as Tails stayed there, he would always be bullied for his disfigurement. So after it over with Aleena, Tails was adopted by the Quillback family.
Now he travels the world alongside Sonic, Chuck, and Knuckles to stop Dr. Robotnik and save the world.

So I was looking at your Sonic redesign, which I love by the way, and I kinda thought "well if Sonic going to be an Egyptian long-eared hedgehog, he might as well have an name that best fits his species." So I thought what if Sonic is just his common name and hedgehog wasn't his last name. That's when I thought about him having an English name and an Arabian name;
Theodore "Sonic" Quillback - English name
Thywdur "Swnik" Kuylbak - Arabian name
So what do you think?

So Sonic's world would be ours but with anthropomorphic animals (kinda like the Sly Cooper series.) Sonic would have been born in Egypt. He would spend a lot of time with his uncle Chuck, traveling the world. Because of this, Sonic has an American accent, while his mother and siblings have Arabian accents.
On one of these trips, Sonic meet a young orphaned fox named Miles "Tails" Prower. He and Chuck took him in and became his adopted brother.

Well for Sonic's voice actor, I was thinking either Yuri Lowenthal or Josh Keaton.
Now for Knuckles, I actually thought about him be Hawaiian. Because I don't know if you heard yet, but SEGA and Paramount are wanting to do a spin off movie series starring Knuckles and having him voiced by Dwayne Johnson. Plus you could draw some interesting parallels between the Echidna Clan and Hawaiian Islanders.
Now Amy could either be American or Japanese, since you have her in what looks like an anime inspired outfit.
As for Shadow, he makes me think of John Wick mixed with Jason Statham. So Shadow could be British.
Rouge could be French. This would go with her spy attire and occupation. And make her sound more seductive and cunning.
Silver could be American like Sonic and Tails.
As for Blaze she could be seen as Hindi.

Thanks. Now for Vector, he could be presented as African-American. Your redesign does kind of give him that motif.
Espio would obviously be Japanese, as this works with his ninja design.
Charmy could have a New Jersey accent. Kinda like Daxter from Jak and Daxter.
Big could have a Louisiana Cajun accent. With him living in a swamp, he might as well.
For Marine, an Australian accent would fit her nicely.
Now, with Cream and Vanilla, I think a Spanish accent for both of them. The reason for this is because the plant that produces vanilla actually originates from Central America.

Now Might and Ray could both be American. And Tikal could be Pacific Islander. (Imagine Moana's voice actor, Auli'i Cravalho, as Tikal.) Dr. Eggman could be American and voiced by John DiMaggio. Infinite, could be either American or British and voiced by either Graham McTravish or Idris Elba.

Yeah. Infinite, Mighty and Ray will need a lot of work. But now with nationalities out of the way, let's get into the voice actors for the characters. The ones we have already are;
Yuri Lowenthal = Sonic
Dwayne Johnson = Knuckles
Auli'i Cravalho = Tikal
John DiMaggio = Dr. Eggman
So for Tails, I was thinking he could be voiced by a boy this time round. I think Jacob Hopkins would be a nice fit.
As for Amy, I think either Charlet Chung (voice of D.VA from Overwatch) or Kimiko Glenn (voice of Penny Parker from Into The Spiderverse. I know you said you want to be a tomboy and these two seem to fit that description.
For Shadow, I was thinking who better than Jason Statham. He played a few voice roles before.
For Rouge, I was thinking someone like Chloe Hollings. (Voice actor for Widowmaker from Overwatch) She can do an impressive French accent.
Silver could be voice by Josh Keaton, but not like his Spider-Man roles. More like his role as Minor Ocelot or Ryu Hayabusa.
And Blaze could be voiced by Anjali Bhimani (voice of Symmetra).
