Well I guess I don't have "real" TOS, but in the description of every Adopt I have a "NOTES" section, which is basically equal to TOS, I guess:
"- stealing is uncool - I'll find you lol
- do not resell
- Once you bought them, I will send you a non-watermarked version
- please credit me at least once
- You can change gender, clothes or what ever you dislike (but please don't change the design drastically D: )
- and the most important show me, if you draw them :'D"
