My name is Anna Hawkfighter and I specialize in literature.At the moment I am currently writing more fanfiction than original stories as I get my skills up, and I am more than happy to listen to pointers or critiques.
I do have a style of writing that has taken me a few years to work out, and I seem to have a pretty good fanbase for it. However, if you find it troubling to read, I love learning new things, and would be more than happy to attempt another style if you request it. A book you enjoy as a reference is always helpful. (Anything but To Kill a Mockingbird I almost died trying to read that)

a mix of tumblr and ff.net is where I've been living lately.
Life has been insane. and not all of it good. After I graduated school, I took a gap year and got a job at a craft store (!!!) and so once I finished my box of pencils (over $100 worth inc the box) I started drawing more, I have been writing a hell of a lot of stories, though not all of them are any good, and I've taken up sewing which I think I'm getting rather good at lately. I've got this amazing pixie/nymph outfit I've been working on too, and I'll be uploading the progress of that once it's complete. and I've been reading like there is no tomorrow. I just finished the entire Vampire Academy/Bloodlines series and wow was that a ride.

Well, my year has been pretty boring compared to yours. I got out of high school the May before last, worked a summer internship, and enrolled in college. My college, so far, is AMAZING. I've made some pretty amazing friends as well as taken up kayaking, rock climbing and paddleboaring. And let me tell you, Paddleboading is amazing!! I've used the word amazing a lot... Anyway, in December I got another job (at mcDonalds, kill me) and I'm still there but I'll be getting out of it at the end of the month (whether I can find another job or not). Anyway, classes actually start up again next Friday so I'm rather excited for that. I've not really been writing all that much and what I have written isn't all that great in my opinion. I have started working with a new character, though, so hopefully thigns pick up soon on my end.

What are you studying? I was going to study Journalism this semester, but I just couldn't get excited about it, so my gap year turned into a gap two years.
As someone who avoids sport as a sport, I do love kayaking. I've never been paddle boarding, but everyone I know that has says the same thing.
Eww my brother just got a job at Maccas (aussie slang for you there) but he doesn't hate it as much because it's still his first job.
I've been writing a fair bit, but no where near as much as I'd like to have been. I'll be uploading it at some point haha. I have to check out your stuff at some point, whether you think it's good or not.

Right now I'm just studying Outdoor Recreation because it's the easiest thing at the moment. And, trust me, once you get over the fear of falling off the board (which means you just fall off a few times because, yeah, it's gonna happen whether you're ready or not), it's the most fun.
McDonalds is so terrible T^T Really only if you're working service, which I am.
Right now, though, I've gotten a pretty interesting idea for a story that I'd like to write. Whether or not I post it, though, we'll see. For NOW, though, I'm watching a loooot of movies~

Ahahahaha I've been doing that too! I'm watching Reign at the moment, which is about Queen Mary of Scotland and the prince/king of France and it's kinda really CUTE. It's like Game of Thrones, but a lot less blood and violence, and the blood that is shown is paint. like, obviously paint. but it's still pretty good. They're 40 min episodes, so two or three of them a night is almost the same thing as a movie

I've been trying to get an apprenticeship in stonemasonry recently. I've done a 3 week work experience with one company, and now I'm trying to get an apprenticeship at this other place. I haven't gotten any confirmation yet but I think it will come through... The guy running it & I got on well, and some friends that I made at the other place doing work experience are putting in good words for me. So that should hopefully turn out well.
