This was a while ago, but I wasn't sure if they ever were confronted about it, it's upsetting because they were /my friend/ back when it happened -- and I don't want it happening to other people due to DMCA and so on.

I don't know if you would also like to take a look at their other "adoptables" they have made and see if there are discrepancies in them, or any other artwork you may recognize. If they've done it once, they don't have a problem doing it, again, Y'know?
