Nothing much to be honest. Initially I wanted to drop by at Whirled for a few days and say hi to some old friends to get some of Tumblr's crapfest out of my head. That was until I learned the site is practically deserted as we speak, and it doesn't seem like it's going to change anytime soon since everyone there has probably moved on to newer and better ones instead. I dunno if you still regularly talk to Jun/Supertails or not, but if you do see him, be sure to tell him I said hi for me? Much appreciated.

Yeah, I drop by Whirled every couple months as well just to check in on things, but you're right it is basically completely deserted. I think Tails is on tumblr now but I haven't spoken to him in about 2-3 years lol.

Well, I finished my 2 year college course on Multimedia (Animation), so since September I've been at university studying Animation further I also went to florida in november for 2 weeks. But yeah, nothing much. Just been quite busy with uni work lol. What about you?

Thanks man! and Ah sweet, yeah boosting up the grades definately helps. I know if I didn't try to boost my grades up, I definitely would not have got into university haha. Ah nice to see you have a job, I don't have one yet even though i really should xD  and yeah dude, it's an incredibly rewarding thing since you put so much work into it. Plus you can make, well, basically whatever you want. I've already made a few short animations but I still have a lot to learn

You've mentioned that you made a few animated shorts yourself, right? How was it like? I heard animating is a pretty complicated procedure.

No problem dude, and thank you very much. As long as I'm doing what I love, then I'm happy where ever I am. And I guess it was kinda complicated but I'm so used to it at this point hahah. Start off with the idea, draw storyboards to plan it out, do an animatic to time it all together, and then do all the animation. then after all that, do the editing, make sure everything is as it should, and release it. There's a lot more to it than that, like character designs, maybe some voice work. But yeah its so great dude haha.

Oh god, and here I thought just the job of drawing frames after frames alone were hard enough, since they're incredibly time consuming.

Yeah dude, that's actually a pretty great article xD thanks for that. A lot of people go for hand drawn animation but you can also use "tween" animation, especially used in Adobe Flash, which basically makes the character your animating a digital puppet. It makes it less smooth but I think its a useful tool for certain areas. I typically use both techniques, but more so hand drawn frame by frame

But yeah, apart of my plan is to indeed work at a big company like the 3 named, especially Dsney or CN. I may actually have to move out to america for that "big company" of work though.
