I've seen stories like this before- Someone won a deviant's competition and they didn't get the prize for a year (subscription). The deviant who was giving the prize changed accounts 3 times before she got it. And when she got the subby, finally, it was pulled back. The administrators told the owed deviant that the prize-giver had used fraud to get the money. So yeah xD But she lied, similar stuff to your one, to put off giving the money.
I'm just sayin'. XD

nawww, its okay. :3 i can tell its not like that, this person actually commissions a LOT of people on DA, and they've all been paid, some more than mine. and she dosent expect me to ship it until i get paid, AND its not even for her! its a christmas gift for her boyfriend.
besides, even if, in the end i DO get screwed, i still have the plush. i figure i can take off the hair, add a scar and make tsume.(wolf's rain) then i could sell or keep that...so there really is no risk on my end.
but it shant come to that, i just hope her mum feels better soon....
