Hey! Life isn't too shabby, just looking for full time work. I graduated college last month and it's crazy. I took a vacation to Boston and I just got back this past Saturday, it was great. Other than that, just trying to keep writing and taking it a day at a time.

None that I can share, my concepts are controversial and require a lot of character development, my advice is to leave the complexities into the characters and build a concept on a certain idea that would help or complicate the environment around it.
Then again you know that already, possibly make a list of short concepts and see how they attach to one another.

I was supposed to start working on a web comic with a friend, but I guess she gave up on it, and I can't draw.

If you're having creative block, it's always best to do some creative exercises, come up with ideas that are silly and non-sensical yet structured and your brain will naturally get used to the brainstorming process. For example: come up with an adjective, an animal, and an occupation, then give it a location and a situation, see what you can come up with when it comes to his interaction with the environment.
Eesh, it's hard to stay committed to a comic, especially when you know that you have to postpone a lot of other ideas to get it done.

Yeah. I asked a professor I had for writing prompts and he gave me a lot of good resources. Now it's just finding the motivation to get over the hump.
