Sorry for commenting again, but did you use a tablet in your youtube sketch video, or did you use a mouse?

Hope that helped.

Cheers man!

Unfortunately i don't actually draw much, those drawings are pretty much the only ones ive ever done in my life haha.

Looks like you are a fan of the TLR aswell. In that case name a character and ill try and get off my arse and draw it.

Sweet, thanks, my favorite TLR Characters are Yui and Mikan. It's a shame you don't draw more, because you do have talent .

Thanks!

Its really just to do with concentration i reckon. Anyone can draw well as long as they focus really hard.

Ill give mikan a shot.

Hey thar! remember me? do you know by any chance how to create a small quicktime player that plays a single midi file onto your website?

Much appreciated!

hahaha that's a weird request, i have actually never in my life even thought about it once. Although i've done mp3's with flash, its pretty damn easy even to make one from scratch. (If that's the route you want to go then you can skip reading the rest and just reply to this).

Just did a simple search. Although its using a simple html embedded midi object rather than quicktime, which is good because then people viewing your site won't need to have quicktime installed.

[link]

The quicktime applet you talk about is actually inside a java applet (apparently). Installing Java for programming is not worth it considering all you are doing is making a simple applet. Installing the JDK + Netbeans + Other Java stuff and just plain getting it to compile and run on a browser took me atleast 12 hours with no breaks. I almost gave up, and i was planning to 3d on a browser, which is really only possible with Java (+ OpenGL).

If you want a custom midi player interface you can use the AS3 midi library for flash [link] But that will require a bit of flash experience, and AS3 is leagues different from your standard Markup Language.

Probably the best option is to convert your midi to mp3 and use a precompiled flash mp3 player.

Hope it helps

Thanks!

Its updated to 1024x768 hope it helps! it was designed to be printed out on A2 Paper so if you wanted it full size you would need a massive screen for it haha. But this should suffice i hope...
