Heb een half jaar een opleiding tot kunst docent gevolgd, daarna 2 jaar een opleiding tot geschiedenisdocent en ben daar recentelijk mee gestopt. Wil toch liever iets kunstzinnigs doen, maar zit heel erg te twijfelen wat! (jammer genoeg waren alle open dagen en meeloopdagen al voorbij toen ik besloot om te stoppen >.<") Heb nu geen idee welke opleiding ik dit jaar ga volgen, maar wil deze keer wel echt zeker zijn van mijn keuze en er vol voor gaan! (hoop wel iets nog te kunnen kiezen voor het nieuwe schooljaar alweer begint )

Animatie leek me altijd heel erg leuk! Maar ben niet zo goed met autonomie tekenen wat ertoe leidt dat ik wel erg veel references en tijd gebruik voor een tekening. Ben bang dat ik niet goed genoeg zou zijn voor animatie. Probeer mezelf nu wel aan te leren om met een tablet op de pc te tekenen in plaats van een muis zodat animatie hopelijk makkelijker/sneller gaat als ik het weer eens wil proberen!

Grappig! Een vriendin van mij ginf ook eerst kunst, toen leraren opleiding gs en toen weer kunst studeren xD nu zit ze bij mij in de klas haha.

Voor animatie is kennis over anatomie idd wel handig, vooral om je personages gelovig over te laten komen. Maar ook als je hier minder goed in bent kan je animatie doen hoor! Er zijn ook vormen van animatie waar deze kennis minder noodzakelijk is zoals stopmotion. Als je een tablet hebt mooet je de app stopmotion eens proberen! Gebruik poppen, fruit groente en allerlei andere objecten om een beetje mee te animeren. Misschien vindt je dat leuk? Heb het programma zelf nog niet geprobeerd maar een neefje van mij werkt ermee en hij maakt hele schattige filmpjes met knuffels en figurines xD

Ik snap het wel met die keuzes.. er is echt veel keus dus kan me voorstellen dat je echt niet weet wat je kiezen moet. Ik heb voor animatie gekozen, maar als ik complete vrije keuze had waren er nog tig andere studies die me ook leuk lijken succes met kiezen in ieder geval! Hoop dat je ergens terecht komt in wat je echt leuk vindt.

Dat is wel toevallig haha. Wel geschiedenis heeft raakvlakken met kunst op het gebied van kunstgeschiedenis! Dus de stap is wel begrijpelijk. (een studiegenoot van mij van de kunstopleiding was een jaar later dan mij ook geswitcht naar geschiedenis)

Ik hou erg veel van animatiefilms en ben ook op erg veel animatiekanalen op youtube geabboneerd, heb zelfs hele video's gekeken met tips en uitleg over hoe het moet en heb adobe flash op mijn computer staan. Ik neem er alleen nooit zoveel tijd voor, mede omdat ik het met een muis ook niet ideaal vind. (wil namelijk liever meer de frames tekenen zoals jij doet dan met tweenen werken en gewoon beweegbare objecten maken, en dan is het handig als je goede lijnen kan maken) Heb al jaren een simpel tekentablet en ben nu eindelijk serieus begonnen om mezelf aan te leren om daarmee te werken. Als ik dat iets meer onder de knie heb wil ik animatie weer eens goed proberen!  
Ja heb gehoord van die app! (op een school in Engeland gebruiken ze zo'n app tijdens lessen in scheikunde, erg origineel en leuk! ) Heb zelf nooit stopmotion gedaan maar een neefje van mij heeft periodes waarin hij vaak mijn camera leent om lego-stopmotion filmpjes te maken!  Het lijkt me wel echt leuk om nog zelf nog eens te proberen!

Ik heb het probleem dat bepaalde delen van opleidingen me erg leuk lijken maar eigenlijk geen enkele opleiding helemaal in het geheel. Bedankt! Ik ben benieuwd waar ik terecht kom maar het zal vast wel leuk zijn!

Your piece Link and Epona was amazing! The lighting looked stunning and I can't believe you don't draw much landscapes since it looks really cool on this one. (far better than I could ever do xD) Also the Legend of Zelda is just awesome in general!

First, I'd like to know if you have any rules or limits on what you can or won't draw if that's OK.
Also, is there a limit on how many characters you can draw per request?

I've never really set limits on request? Never got that many to be honest. Just say what you have in mind and I'll say if I'll do it or not! No mature content or whatever though, that would be a definite no! xD

Something to keep in mind though is that fewer characters take fewer time to draw. Same goes for difficult poses or locations. I'm quite willing to take a challenge but harder requests will take much longer to finish.

Then for my request, based on Disney's Aladdin and Total drama, can you draw Shawn and Beardo but dressed respectively as Aladdin and the genie and have them reenacting the drowning scene from Aladdin please? You know that part where the Genie tries to wake up Aladdin underwater? What do you think?
