# About me

Hello,
I'm going to call myself Sky. I am by no means an experienced artist. I have so much to learn and so much to gain. I work with mostly traditional but ever since I ordered my Waccom I have been learning photoshop! It is all very confusing and I love digital paintings and airbrush. While I still don't know how to do this I hope to learn one day!

I started when I was little drawing dragons and mythical creatures. When I was in first grade my drawings were so terrible that they thought they needed to hire a tutor for me because my fine motor skills were that bad! I had a spark of inspiration in about fifth grade when I drew a toucan and it actually looked good. I then began to experiment more and more with drawing and filled up sketch books pretty darn fast. My favorite sketch book is when I was in sixth grade and it's filled with pen art dragons and pokemon.

Now currently I have two sketch books with anime I have been learning how to draw, and various colored pencil art work of fantasy and horror drawings. Just recently, maybe at the beginning of June 2011 did I get into digital art work. You can see with my own artwork that I'm still off in proportion here and there, but I am catching on quickly. I only recently got into drawing anime.

Besides my art life, I enjoy Karate, but sadly it has had to stop because of school and marching band, and I MISS IT SO MUCH. I horse-back in the summer, and I love archery which had to stop recently to. I'm in girl-scouts and love reading and writing. I also enjoy playing soccer when I get the time. My favorite animals are wolves, cats, and bats.

Video game wise, I love just about anything, as long as its not easy and girly and frilly. Love action and fighting, and I am killer for good ol' Spyro!

I like how you and other deviantians seem to have a theme of drawing. Mine is just random crap I feel like drawing :P (Lick) . Thank you though, I am still learning digital art, I am so new to it! It is great to get to know you ;) (Wink)
