I dislike the fact that the guy went with 40k for this one. WFB would have been a better choice since both are typical epic fantasies with a dash of technofantasy opposed to 40k's science fantasy.

But the orcs from both fantasy settings are quite distinct from each other. Warcraft ones were influenced to be as they are, Warhammer ones just are the way they are.
