So something I've noticed as I went through your gallery is- you might want to tone down on some of the sparkle-effects, as it's a bit distracting from the characters themselves in your artwork. (Ex, your newest artwork of D.va, or this one: The place the sun shine.  )         

If I had to choose some examples where you did it right, it would be: Merry Christmas  or Pyra - Xenoblade .
You have a nice art-style and I definitely think *Cute and bubbly* fits your theme! There are minor anatomy mistakes, but it isn't all that bad. Something I might suggest you do is practice different facial expressions, to give more life to your art!
