I thought I replied to this...but I guess not.

I am in Florida, Pensacola specifically. I don't know anything about tattoo shops in Tennessee but my advice is visit them, look at portfolios and talk with artists until you find one that seems to 'get' what your saying who's work you like.

Or come down here and visit, we have lovely beaches!!
