Good! I'm enjoying my first semester of school, trying to write an anthro story of mine I tried writing last year... But I scrapped the original idea for something much more appealing, it's a fantasy story.
The title is Templars of Victoria. Anyway, any reason for the new account? Off to read your first chapter!

Yeah, I've spent months making notes and maps along with short notes on characters and kept throwing them out. (Well, recycling actually... Except for the few times when I had to trash them.)
Also, the prologue was very good! Seeing as I haven't read many anthro stories it's very different than everything I've seen so far. To me, it seems more dark than others. Good touch, don't know if you meant that or not. But I like it, just finished the rest of the first chapter.
Nice introduction to the characters there!
I should post some of my stuff, this is one thing I actually want to work on and have ideas first. Writing is hard! D:

Yeah I've spent awhile working on my maps and all that jazz. Honestly as I keep mentioning Redwall was my greatest inspiration for writing and reading. Brian Jacques' work is what started it all for me. So, I decided hell, I'll do something Redwall-esque, but obviously you know my own work. Then I decided that(yeah I intended it ^^) to make it a little darker, and I have a crap load of symbols too that reflect to the evolution of society of man, and the take over itself is almost like Germany WWII crap. I also do plan on publishing so I don't know how many chapters of the "Actual" novel will be up. I may eventually just tell tales of events in the setting. Also, thank-you for the compliments ^^
As for writing being hard, man you've always had good ideas so I think you should post them, seriously. You have a talent and I think you should act out on it ^^

Redwall gave me tons of ideas years ago, well more the cartoon at first seeing as I actually didn't know of the books. After watching the first two series (I wish they made more than three) I actually got into using characters that were animals, anthro or not.
Then about two or three years ago I started reading the books, starting with Mossflower... Although I only own five, Redwall, Mattimeo, Martin The Warrior, Mossflower and Loamhedge. (There's a sixth I think I have, dun remember.) Mossflower was my favorite, a nice touch of history that I loved...
For my own stories I do plan on getting them out into the world somehow, be it games or novels... But... I want to experiment with online, and then take the stories I've uploaded. Possibly extend them and alter them into a better story, still keeping with it's core elements. But making it more worthwhile to read off the shelf.

Heh... College sounds like such a pain, although since I'm planning to go to an Arts School (for all kinds of art obviously) I hope it's not too much trouble.
Also, thanks. I've already got characters planned out, hoping to at least start writing the beginning within the next few days.
...Maybe I should start somesort of online writer's guild someday, eh... Anyway, goodluck!
