I loved it ! I'm glad they actually give us a choice in the end, even if it was tough.
There's so much to say about it, I felt empty and sad either way but it was a good ending. I'm glad that Mr. Jeffer-son-a-bitch and Nathan finally got to prison, and i feel dumb for judging David so fast when he's actually a good guy. And i miss Chloe and Max so much

yeah, there's a lot of people that didn't like the ending, I thought it fit the story very well, but I wouldn't have minded if they gave us a choice to save both arcadia bay and chloe, but you could only do it if your choices in previous episodes were perfect or something like that xD, but dontnod didn't have enough budget and time to do something like that i guess.

Yeah i'm glad they went to prison too xD, well depends if you sacrifive arcadia bay they die ( i did that lol xD, but I played both endings ) I actually felt a bit sorry for nathan when he sended that message to Max, but it doesn't excuse what he did to the girls. 
Damn, I'm gonna miss Chloe and Max I hope they make a dlc or something there's a lot of things left unanswerd

I know, when i was playing i was hoping for happy ending where nobody would die... But the chaos theory is one of the main subject of the plot. Do you know about the butterfly effect ? It's a real theory that says that if a butterfly changes the way it flies, it would cause dramatic natural catastrophes. The game explicitly refers to that, since ep 1 when the first moment were that tornado and then the appearance of the said butterfly.
I think they knew from the beginning what they wanted to do, remember ep 4 when you try to save William's life, you unintentionally cause the accident to Chloe who becomes disabled. There are always bad consequences...
Unfortunatly, this story was not going to have a happy ending... :/ They had a limited budget to develop this game, and that's why they worked so hard on it. Everything was planned from the beginning, even though the episodes were released months after another, they never changed the story line by judging the audience reaction. Or at least that's what i think :3

As for Nathan i felt a bit sad for him when he called Max too. This kid needed help when he started having crisis but his parents were totally in denial and they also caused what happened.

Anyway, maybe i can help you with your questions ? I have to say, i'm still a bit confused about Rachel Amber. She was so secretive, it's hard to tell if she was indeed refering Mr. Jefferson when she said she was gone with someone special, or refering Franck. There's still a lot of mystery around her.
Also, there's this moment in the dorms in ep 5, when i thought maybe... Rachel and Max are the same person. It sounds silly but it felt like it at this moment. What do you think ? :/

I agree with everything you said, they have been foreshadowing chloe's death in all episodes, I think we just chose to ignore it xD, it's just that I feel like this ending is a bit cliché , you know, but it fits the story and the butterfly effect like you said. I wonder how they will do the second season (if they do ) they said they wanted to use different characters and setting but with the same powers.

oh my questions lol xD, i would like to know what the prescotts involvement with the storm was, but that you can't really answer, I feel like they knew about something, specially from the cut audio on episode 4 trailer where nathan yells: The storm is coming!! you're all gonna die!!, this is what made me believe that dontnod had another ending besides those 2, but couldn't make it because of budget and time. I feel like the story they had in mind was really complex xD.

About Rachel and Max being the same person, I also thought that in the first episodes, or that Rachel had the same powers that Max has (because of her being so popular and people loved her, just like what we were doing with Max, making her popular) and that was the cause of the storm, I thought that Rachel was like in a time loop or stuck in time, but then we found out that she was dead. This game has this supernatural elements to it but in the end it's a pretty realistic game and that's what makes it so sad I think. I used to watch geekremix theories about this game, they are pretty good xD.

Yeah i saw one of their video about the ending, it was great !! I'm definitly going to check if they made other videos about life is strange I agree with you, the best parts were the realistic ones, they gave us so many feels. >< Even the characters were so intense, i was not crazy about Max or Chloe at first, but now i love them.
By the way i didn't know about the new season, i can't help but being a bit scared about it... Life is strange was such a perfect game to me, let's hope it will be as much fun as the first one

I just watched the trailer of episode 4 (i never did because when i played it was already released) i don't recall when Nathan said that in the game... It's really weird indeed, maybe they wanted to develop another part of the story but they could not for the reasons you mentionned. And it would have been probably waaay more complex than now xD Maybe the new season will be more focused on the Prescott family, since they are so important in Arcadia Bay.

I like your theory about Rachel having the same powers as Max. It would make sense, everyone was fond of Rachel. I kept wondering why does everyone think that Max looks so much like Rachel when they seem so different. Then i thought Rachel could be a "version" of Max left behind. It would be too complicated so i don't know. When Max was in the other reality her life was completely different (she was hanging with the Vortex Club like Rachel,...). When Chloe talked about her, it seemed like Max and Rachel were opposite and alike. Weird...
