You go up the the very top left corner of your computer, and by the DeviantART name there is a little down arrow (inbetween the name and the mini search bar)

You hold your mouse over it and a big menu will pop up, on the very bottom left hand corner of the menu (above the help & faq button) there is a 'random' section, there's the three random things you can choose (like random deviation, group, ect...) and in there will be the Random Deviant button.

Hahaha sorry if that was a little long, I tend to get too specific sometimes. Enjoy the randomness! La la la la
