Me too And yes it is >.< I'm trudging. 

And I'm not really surprised you haven't heard of it Its a MLP Fanfiction written 200 years POST apocalypse, which occurred at the fall of Equestria, which was brought by a war with the Zebra nation. 
A pony named Little Pip leaves Stable 2 (Basically like under ground bomb shelters, but meant to last for years ((200 in this case)) and enters the Equestrian Wasteland. Its full of slavers, raiders, and radioactive changes animals that have become monsters, tainted monsters, and good ponies too that become her friends. Basically the whole story is about defeating Red Eye (Who you don't get to know until later) and the Goddess, and pulling back the cloud curtain, so that the 6 new elements of harmony can unlock "Gardens of Equestira" and bring Equestrian back to its former glory.

I'm doing all right. Got my nose to the grinding stone, as they say, with school mostly. Sleep would be nice about now but I guess I've been sleeping better than I have historically during spring semester lol.

Haha Yeah, its kind of the opposite for me. Last semester I was sleeping until 8, now I was up at 5:30-6 every morning >.< And my brain won't shut off until 10-11.

I agree I had the option to learn a similar language in Middle School, but I already had enough trouble trying to figure out MATH symbols, much less a whole language!

Hangeul is actually super simple, so the writing system is not hard. It's more just trying to understand the grammar that provides a bit of a challenge ^^

Grammar is my downfall, whether in French or English, or any other language XD Spelling is my strength, but pronouns, etc are my weakness. Just takes a lot of practice I suppose to remember it all. French isn't too difficult, but I still have trouble with it.

Not sure how long I'll be working there. If I like it a lot I might stay for awhile. If not I might come back to America or maybe hop around and teach in other Eastern countries. I should still be able to access DA from over there. I can't foresee it being a problem.

Well I'm sure you'll be a cool teacher whether or not you live in Korea, Japan, Germany, or France. Or one of those places And if you do stay on DA, then you have to tell me all about it when you go, because I know nothing about Korea, except the constant war between north and south.

Oh you bet! I imagine when I go I will be gushing about the experience to anyone who will lend an ear hahaha. As far as the fighting between North and South Korea, I would not exactly call it constant war. It's more like constant tension lol. Though I'm sure the North would leap at the chance to attack the South if the US ever completely removed support :I ah the stupid quarrels that arise from nations not minding their own business (*cough* Russia *cough* America)

Well it will definitely be a life changing experience, I'm sure! Its not everyday you go to a completely different country to teach kids English  
And I suppose. I don't real know much about it, but I'd be rather nervous myself to go there. Alone especially. 

And oh my goodness, don't even get me started >.< I just wish that ever country would just be like "Hey, I'm not trying to budge on you, I'm not trying to threaten you, can we just be friends? Or acquaintances? Or allies? And just like.....stop.....attacking?"

Yeah. Superpowers can do a great deal of good for the world. But they can also cause a great deal of trouble. 

As far as going to Korea alone, I don't mind so much. I'm passionate about the culture and I will be a part of a community of those who come to teach English there, so I won't be entirely alone ^^
