The page loaded when I tried it again later on, but I can tell this person got it from the wallpaper because I can see the colors of it around the edges where they didn't completely edit it out.
I'm thankful that you let me know

Please don't ask to use others artwork on your 'blog', it's rude. Especially if you don't know them and are planning on using their art for something that artist does not approve.

If I find you using my art, you will not like the consequences.

well me saying "id rather if you didnt" means No I'm sorry ^^' i don't feel comfortable with it. Besides i don't have any of your friends characters up, only my own. So I am very very uncomfortable with someone using my art work on their blogs or what ever unless i drew something for them of THEIR character and gave them permission.
