It's actually all about mental illnesses,
The first is Bipolar Disorder (Which everyone fails at understanding o.O)
The second is post-traumatic stress disorder, (coming back from war)
The third is about something I forget, ("schizophrenia" - different from multiple personality disorder)
Fourth is about post-partum depression (mother losing child)
Fifth is about autism (a kid who grows up and away from society, keeps to himself)
Sixth is about a girl suffering from dissociative identity disorder
Keep all those in mind while listening, and if you're reading the lyrics, it's pretty much a really epic book.
