Well there's a few from the old PS2 that I think you'd like.
Such as Beyond Good and Evil, SSX Tricky, SSX 3, Shadow of the Collosus (sp?), and even Final Fantasy X, X-2, and 12 (which I think it'd suit your style).
With the 360 there's also the Assassins Creed series (the new Brotherhood now has female assassins too), and The Left 4 Dead series.
