I understand about the working thing. But MetroCon is still a few months off, it's at the end of July, so maybe you can work something out before then. ^^
I think I'm going to Metro one of the days as Yuna and one of my friends might be Rikku, so if you do go you have to join us for some FFX-ness. Oh, and you can go to the rave!

Yeah I've cosplayed Yuna before but I used to use my real hair and I grew it out... but I got a new wig, so now I can resurrect the costume. That sounds like a good strategy, since con food is always expensive. Maybe you'll get there on time then, lol!!

Awww that's okay, at least you got there eventually! If you do go to Metro, you may want to consider getting a hotel room, if you can. It reaaaaally helps with being on time!

the distance wasnt the problem XD on friday i just got lost and saterday i was doing somthing else that ended up taking longer than expected =[ .

i love staying at hotel rooms, but only if the convention is kinda far away. (like miami)

I pretty much always get hotel rooms for cons, even if they're nearby. I think it just makes everything less of a hassle, and I split the price with my friends so that my wallet doesn't suffer too much. And another advantage to the hotel room is that I won't have to walk through my college campus in costume to get to my car to drive to a con like Metro.... that would be awkward!

I usually stay with a few of my friends at a hotel so that we can all divide up the price and only have to pay for a fraction of the overall expense. Though sometimes I get lucky and one of my friends' parents will pay for everything as a birthday present or something, hahaha!
I can't believe you usually pay for everything... I would never pay the price of staying at a hotel for three nights by myself.

Florida supercon's room rates were like 100 per night >.> so i payed for 3 days O.O

WOOOOOW expensive!!! Yeah I would never do that.... if you split the room with 4 other people, you only have to pay $60 instead of $300, lol!
You should stay with me and my peeps at MetroCon. Given the number of people I'm likely to room with anyway we'd only have to pay like $30 each, hahaha.

Yeah, I'll need to get a finalized idea of who I'm staying with soon.... My plans for Metro have already changed drastically throughout the year, and I think actually living in Orlando at the time of the con might make things even more topsy turvy. D: But you're totally welcome to stay with us as long as it's cool with you, I'm pretty sure my other friends would be down with it.

Omg, last year at Metro, we brought a whole group of Bleach people that we met at the con back to our hotel room with us to hang out for a few hours. It was probably the funniest afternoon of my life. XDDDD I'm sure that this would be roughly the same! And yes, pizza is a must. -^.^-

....We'll all be too sick to go to the con the next day, haha! Now we just have to decide what place to get the pizza from... so many options.
(LOL SARDINES.) Yeah, definitely bring a sleeping bag! Because we'll probably have like two queen sized beds, and some of us can probably share those but then there will be those left over to sleep on the floor. Or maybe we can get a double room and all get beds... it really depends on how many people we stay with. Maybe the winners of the pizza contest will be the ones who get to sleep in the beds and the losers sleep on the floor?

and were to order from, ummm... since a kid ive eaten hungry howies pizza =O so maybe ive grown to like the taste, but thats were id order from, its pretty cheap and tastes great, 3 medium pizzas for 5 bucks each o.o

dominos pizza to me always tasted bad compaired to hungry howies.

ill order 3 medium pizzas and hotwings from hh and you guys can order from anywere else. ill share mine if anyone wants to try it, and if ppl dont like it then more for me XD

I think the room keys depend on how many people stay with us. Because trading off keys would probably have to happen if people need to get back to the room by themselves to change costume, for instance...
I've never even heard of that pizza place. =O But I'll take your word for it. XD

Wow, I can only eat that much pizza at CiCi's.
I guess if nothing else the two of us can hold the keys and everyone else will just have to deal with it, lol!
But I have 7 costumes lined up for MetroCon, so I know that I'm definitely going to have to be going back and forth between our hotel room and the con to change outfits a lot. x.x So I'll definitely need a key, haha.

A suite? I've only ever done that once. It's really great.... the only problem is, I didn't really get to enjoy the suite since I was pretty much down at the con the whole time.
