Right!? Ugh. I have this really sophistoacted style, then I have a cartoony style, and then the smaller 'chibi' cartoony stuff. I hate being able to draw xD because then people ask me to draw them and get offended when I do. Lolsorry, you look this way. :I

Argh, EXACTLY. I can't help it if you have a hooked nose. And they ust don't seem to uunderstand how hard it is to draw from life instead of, say, a photograph. When I finally do cave in and try to draw them from life, they complain that I'm taking too long. OTL

RIGHT. And personally, I think that a person's abnormally large eyes or poofy lips or triangular nose (like mine) are wonderful. That way, all my drawings don't look exactly the same. Better to look different than to look exactly like someone else amirite? xD & I do take so long to draw people TT xTT But that's because I'm a perfectionist and a procrastinator, soo~... yep. /shot

I LOVE drawing different-looking people. I mean, if we all looked perfect and beautiful in every way, then we'd be no different than anime characters.
I take long to draw people not just because I'm a perfectionist and a procrastinator as well, but mostly because I get a bit nervous with someone watching me while I draw. And then sometimes...
Me: -drawing-
Person: What's that?
Me: That's her nose.
Person: Her nose doesn't look like that!
Me: I'm not finished yet...
Person: You should make it smaller. -takes eraser and "helps"- Whoops, sorry I accidently erased half her head. But I'm sure you can draw it again.
Me: TT.TT NUUU~!

I also DESPISE IT WITH A PASSION when I am trying to darw something (complicated or not), and people offer me their unwanted criticism. Like, okeedokes. If I wanted your opinion on this leg or this face, I would ask you for it. Stop demeaning meeeee. D':

RIGHT xD. This one time in 9th grade (I was still a bit of a crap-artist but better than I was before), I was drawing something. Just a doodle. Then this girl came by and said "She doesn't have a calf muscle." or "That's too much of a calf. Make it smaller."
SCUBA. When did you become an anatomist and world-famous artist hm? Hm? Never, you say? You suck, you say? Then be GONE. She then went on to FAIL anatomy. Suck it. xD
