Anyways yes...~ Publishing is very difficult and it takes Manga Manuscript paper..then submitting it to a manga magazine to be voted on.. So much work. lol Although I think I'll just self-publish. >^< SO myeeh~ <:'DD

It sounds complicated, but it's really quite simple. The inner dotted border line just indicates where your panels stop at the edge of the page. If it's a part in a manga where the panel edge touches past the normal stop point, it's perfectly okay to pass that line and touch the 'non-dotted-line' -right before the number area-. o3o
Still with me? XDD It was confusing for me first lol.. I'll probably do a visual tutorial soon... *was planning on it*
The numbers on the edge help you measure out panels and keep things even...basically a tool. The boxes at the top and lower part of the page are there if that is where you want to place your page numbering.
