You are welcome. I can't make myself play through my Thane save yet, knowing what happens. I was sad enough in the play through I didn't romance him in.

Hell I know! In my first playthrough I was SO sad and none of the crew acknowledges the fact that you just lost him.
It's all about Kaidan, like if BW wanted to force to go with the whiny guy who stabbed you in the back... no way!
In the end, I ended up replaying ME2 with Garrus as a LI because it was too hard. But having Thane call you Shepard instead of Siha is just depressing...
But I have to say that I like the way Thane dies, fighting against Kai Leng. I mean I read the books so I just knew how much Leng was a strong bastard, and seeing Thane kick him on his ass once was just awesome. In the end I think it fits pretty well in the story, at least my Shepard's story. She's hurt and crushed by needs to keep going...
Hence my fanfic! This way it just goes the way I want! 2 endings: one happy where she moves on and one happy/sad where she dies and joins Thane across the sea

I was like, "Hello, what about Thane?!" Yeah, my main play through is Garrus as LI. I am so glad Thane at least went down fighting. Have you checked this out, I am warning you, you may cry.
