I've been so so. I can't afford college. As of right now I'm in vocational school for retail training. I haven't had much luck finding a job since high school. Hopefully I'll get a job somewhere after i finish with Abilities. I did go to Boces for petcare/grooming but had no luck with finding a job. I was thinking on either being a TSA officer or a burn unit nurse after a year or 2 on retail. I am also engaged in real life to . I haven't told my mom about my engagement because she doesn't believe in long distance relationships

I haven’t had much luck with finding a job either. It’s pretty hard out there now but I’m sure you’ll find something soon! I’ll keep an out for jobs and I’ll let you know if I have found anything! Oh being a TSA officer is a great job and I can definitely see you doing that. Also congratulations! I’m so happy for you. I totally get you about the parents not understanding long distance relationship. But I know that as long as you make each other happy than that’s what’s most important. I’m actually really glad to hear from you!

My parents are no longer together. Long story short, my dad cheat on my mom. Then my dad disowned me just to make his girlfriend happy. It all happened between late 2014 to early 2015. My brother lives with them but they can't throw him out because he is basically paying all their bills. I don't want tp live with my mom due to the abuse etc, but she's not like my father. I barly speak to him but i see my brother sometimes.

Oh wow I’m sorry. I understand how hard that can be, I had the exact same scenario occur in my own life and it does take a toll on you. It’s been about 8 years since my own parents separated. I’m sorry for the whole situation. You shouldn’t live in an abusive home. I hope you can leave that toxic situation soon so you can move on from it. I hope you don’t have to stay there for much longer
