I'm ready that the war in Syria could end soon; that would be the best for everyone: for the poor people living there, and also for us European since we've had to face too much immigration in the last few years.

Me too… but I don't think that will happen so soon… and the refugees aren't only from syria but from many other countries too…I fear that all those refugees will couse even more problems in Europe … they don't want that, but there are some stupid … people… everywhere… and the number of nazi like crimes is increasing … Germany can't stand the german refugee politic anymore… that's what I'm thinking …

I know there are other critical situation and wars elsewhere, too, but stopping the war in Syria would be a start, at least.

What do you mean by foreshadowing it in chapter 700? I just read it again, but can't find any hint on him at all… we didn't even know him back then (which doesn't mean anything if it comes to One Piece, I know^^')

The OP fan who made me notice that silhouette on the top-right corner is nijiryuu ( JeMiChi knows about it, too ^^ ).
The body size is the same as Rocinante's, the pose as he's reading the newspaper is really similar to others Oda drew Roci in during Law's flashback, he's smoking, has light-coloured hair, and even a similar hat to Rocinante's "Corazon" alias (at least from behind)!
It's practically him, and Oda trolled us all the whole time.

I wonder when he'll reappear... If he's one of the CP-0 members (I looked at that panel in chapter 700 again, and there is just a ship and other people there so he could have already been in one of the Dressrosa harbours at that point), then maybe he'll show up again during the Reverie at Marijoa, or when we'll see Doflamingo again.
If he is in (or, also in) the Revolutionary Army, he could be among the people Dragon had asked Koala to summon the last time we saw them, so I guess we'll see Cora again at the end of the current story arc (I noticed that Oda shows something about the revolutionaries at the end of each arcs, at least lately).
At any case, I think we'll have to wait one or even two years at a minimum.

Dressrosa is my favourite arc so its length didn't bother me, but I think it was a somehow "special" arc that which introduced many things and especially Luffy's "fleet", so I don't think the current arc will be as long as it.
