Out here it can get pretty dull in the summer too! Luckily I have some friends I went to school with, but they aren't artists. Winter is definitely worse when you can't get out and see the people you do know.

Β I DECIDED MY FRIENDS ARE ALL CASHIERS AND WORK TO FEED IN AT THE LOCAL GROCERY STORE A MILE AWAY.Β WHEN I WANT TO BE WITH A FRIEND I GO TO THEM...EAT SHOP AND COME HOME SATISFIED.Β And there are the shoppers that seem to think I was placed there to help them decide what to buy, or they have a recipe they want to share or family projects so interesting they can't keep still about...those people I send to this site.

Recipes are great! I like hearing other people talk about their art and what they're doing in their lives. It also starts conversations that wind up turning into friendships. I just don't seem to be as good at meeting people in person as I am over the computer - go figure

I talk, especially after to much coffee.Β I do not type well at all, more mistakes than spell check wats to correct.

My typing is pretty bad too, I correct almost as many words as I get right. I'm looking for a good free speech to text program that will put text in something like Notepad straight from a microphone. Maybe that doesn't even exist??

haha My computer has a mic but I never use it.Β I saw an ad for Grammarly and downloaded it.Β I have 2 spellcheck programs and still, send out many mistakes.Β AND I DISLIKE CAPS...IT'S ALL LOWER OR ALL CAPS...BUT I DO TRY TO USE PERIODS.Β I KNOW HOW TO DO THINGS RIGHT, I JUST DO NOT LIKE SLOWING DOWN TO DO IT.Β I'm not a retyper so mistakes fly from my fingertips.

Mine has a mic, but I need a program to translate the speech into text, sort of like closed caption works on a TV.
I hear ya on capitalizing, I've missed the shift key and hit the wrong key several times and lost like 45 minutes worth of typing. Just gone. GRRRrrrgh. I don't mind mistakes in other people's typing.
