I may not be involved in the conversation as much as everyone else, but I'm here in defense of Bermuda-aka-Lilly . The proof you have provided to claim that she has traced is rather invalid. See, a tracer is far more evident due to the fact that 999% of the time, the drawing is directly ripped off and drawn the exact same way, with the exclusion of colors. When lined up, it may be true that she has taken reference from these drawings (She has not confirmed this to me---Regardless if she did, it isn't a crime to reference), it is clear that the linework was not traced. 
As for the online streaming programs, I can assure you as her trusted friend that she is terrible, absolutely terrible, at navigating the nicks and nacks of the internet. She'll ask me tons and tons of questions about a simple topic, including how to stream on programs such as join.me and picarto.tv. You do not have to take my word, but for the love of God, do not come up to a piece that someone has clearly spent hours of work on and claim that it has been traced. Not only does that discourage the artist, it may rally their fans against you. I'm only trying to help you here. Do the right thing and just tell her that it wasn't fair of you to immediately come to conclusions about her work.
