I'm not. I write consistently throughout the year, and November isn't likely to be much different. I'm glad it exists for those pushed to write for it, however.

Same here - I did NaNo one year and it did push me to write a lot in a short period, but I find I get better results writing steadily every week ^_^ I do enjoy cheering on the NaNo participants though.
