I'm Matt (AKA Rockabore, or Rocky). I'm 21 and I'm a bit of an artist. My major in college is Graphic Design! While I love designing, I'm also thinking about working in the field of animation or comics. I really enjoy reading especially supernatural/paranormal stories, fairytales, folklore, and mythology. I love music. My musical tastes are really eclectic, the genres I like most at the moment are electronica, rockabilly, steampunk, synth rock, and alternative. My movie tastes are also very eclectic since I love classic movies, silent film, horror, comedy, drama, and fantasy.

I don't really remember the name of the episode, but it was the one where Alex has a goth phase after meeting the guy I have in my thumbnail image. There is also a roachman who wants to date Alex because of how she keeps reciting dark poetry.

I'm still waiting on your first vid. It's going to be so interesting. Oh yeah before I forget, thank you so much for commenting on my painting. I truly appreciate it. As for creating more painting projects...yes, but it's not first on my to-do list. I actually want to continue writing out my concept and may be even try out photography in the new year.

Do you follow TGWTG reviewers? I'm in love with NChick's videos, and to my luck, she did a vid on Daria.

Anyway, do you have more projects up your sleeve?

Hey!

I've been working on the Epic Mickey video but it's taken a bit longer than I thought because of exams but I think I'll be able to get it done sooner now that exams are over. And you're welcome! Photography is a really fun hobby, I'm sure you'll have fun. I definitely look forward to checking out your new videos too!

And yes! I love TGWTG, Nostalgia Chick is one of my favorites. I've really enjoyed Critic's holiday Disney videos and the new NChick video was a great watch. She covered Daria really well and I liked how she analyzed each character and their roles and also how she pointed out the way that Daria and Jane's friendship was always the heart of the show since I always felt that it was as well.

Aside from my Epic Mickey video I've been thinking of posting more of my charcoal drawings that I've done this year in my drawing class since I've done few, and have been thinking of posting more art on here as well.

As for my videos, they have been placed on hold for a while. I really want to improve on the audio quality before I get started. With that said, I hope you're making progress with your own project.

Hahaha - we're internet twins. I love Nostalgia Chick as well. Prefer her mix of academic persuasion and charming sarcasm over the other reviewers now. I also like Spoony and the man with the glasses himself, but Nostalgia Chick is the reviewer who improved the most.

Yes! Jane and Daria's friendship is genuine! They both accept each other, and I think that is the main appeal of the show. Who wouldn't want a friendship like theirs?

Yeah! Keep on posting artwork on DA. Hehe, I'm "watching" you.
