Marian,

I haven't got long to write. I am in hiding again and I can't even tell you where, in case this letter falls into the wrong hands.
You must be careful of Gisbourne. I'm afariad thagt we cannot see each other for a while. You must fool Gisbourne into thinking that you do not love me and that it was someone else you met in the grounds. An admirer maybe. He may feel for you, but he is a very bad man; love isn't always stronger than hate.
Keep me posted on the strangers in Nottingham. Be careful of them too. I will warn the others that this may mean war.
Another thing is I'm worried that there is a spy in the gang. I don't know who or what I should do about it.

My Dear Marian

I am in hiding because of what happened at the castle and I am soooo sorry of my not writing to you. It was wonderful to finally see you again. You looked like I always imagine you.
I'm much better now thanks to the care and attention of Much, Djaq and the gang. It was all down to you my lovely Marian and what you found out about the Elderberrys. If it wasn't for you I may not have survived.
I imagine that the Sheriff is slightly annoyed at me not dying. I suppose to that Gisbourne is watching youlike a hawk.
I must go now. Luke the Bowmaker is passing through Nottingham, disguised of course, that was my idea if he should ever come this way. I will intercept him on the road and give this letter so he can give it to you.
And another thing, you should keep a watch out for strangers in and around the castle. We watched them pass through the border of the forest and they look like some unsavoury characters to me. What is the Sheriff up to now I wonder??

My Dearest Marian

I understand your fear about me meeting you in the castle and I suppose I could meet you in the market square. My only worry is how we to talk without being discovered? I think one way is that we have to meet in a backroad and we can talk there. If we do get caught you must make out that you have found me there. I will drink some of Djaq's potion which will make me seem dead. The gang will then get me out later on. But this is only an emergency back up plan.
I am still very weak but I will meet you tommorrow at high noon. Be weary of Gisbourne and please try to discover the name of he poison. If we do the death plan then it will seem that you dislike me and he may tell you.
I must go now. Djaq is trying to get me to rest. My love you are my world.

I read the letter that you wrote to Will and the Gang when I was ill. I am so pleased that you care so much about me. I am still very weak and I can't walk yet due to my illness. We still don't know what was in the drink, nor I think we will ever know, but I just hope that it wasn't fatal. Not that I am afraid of dying, but I don't want to leave you alone. If I do die the Sheriff would have won. I have heard the others speaking behind my back when I am supposedly asleep. They don't think that will pull through. And Marian as soon as I am walking, I am coming to the castle to see you. I will still be very weak but I must see you bacause if I do have a bad relapse of the illness I may never recover. I don't care about the danger and I know that it is much harder for you to come to me. I don't think you know what happened: I can see Gisbourne now as I lie in the clearing. He's mocking me and saying he will soon be taking you to the marriage bed. John is above me now. He's..... No, I will not say. I must leave it here Marian because I can hear the other returning from a hunt. I will give this to Much and he will give it to you. They all do not know about my plan. All my love xxx

Hiya (Not as Robin) No what I wrote wasn't real it was just as Robin so don't worry. But it is nice to know that you care about me and I'm the same about you beccause it is nice ot have friends on here. If something like that ever did happen I would write as myself and not as Robin. I'm so very very very sorry that I scared you and I hope that you forgive me. I'm thinking that there should be another letter from Robin coming your way so watch out for it

My Lady Marian, from Will Scarlett

I am writing this letter on the behalf of Robin. I suppose that he told you in his last letter that Djaq had made a new potion and that we were going to try it out. Well we did and i'm afraid that we have some bad news for you, My Lady. The potion it seems was spiked with some kind of poison. Robin insisted on trying the potion himself. He said that if it was harmful in any shape or form he wanted to suffer the consequences and not endanger one of his men. Robin was almost captured by Gisbourne and his troops but we managed to get him away from the clearing he was surrounded in. He is now being tended to by Djaq and Much but we fear that he will not last long. I am very very sorry. His strength is failing him and he can no longer be on his own, in case he should suffer further side affects. John is to bring this letter to you, because he feels that it is his duty as second in command. We are going to be giving you frequent updates on his health. And Marian, I am only feeling a fraction of your pain from this incident, but remember that we are you here for you. Yours, The Gang

Hey Marian. Gisbourne is being a real pain at the moment. He's just tried to invade the forest again but don't worry he didn't find anything. It was a close call. No, not much news in the defeat the sheriff plan but Djaq has invented a new potion and we are going to try it later. Sorry i've not be talking but we've been away from the camp because we have had to lie low for a while. Be careful around Gisbourne and don't tell him anything about us..... I've got to go.....there are some guards coming our way. I miss you too Marian
