Man, I don't want to bug you, but, on DA, you can only post work you've gotten permission for or drawn/rendered/etc yourself (like the chibis you did of T.M. Revolution and so on), even if you give credit. While I know there's lots of galleries on here that do have wallpapers and such that take existing artwork to create a tribute, it's more an issue of them not being reported yet rather than them being allowed.
FAQ #306: Does "Crediting" let me use whatever I want?

The animated gifs and photos. Drawings that you did (like the chibis of T.M. Revolution are a-okay, but the banners, photos, and signatures that use material from series like Death Note and whatnot aren't allowed by DA TOS.
You still see a lot of it here because of the sheer amount of it uploaded, but there's been a lot of people who have reporting left and right and getting whatever they come across down.
But don't panic! Even if this stuff gets reported before you have a chance to figure out what you wanna do, it just gets taken down. A lot of us regular DA-peoples try to warn people before it comes so they don't lose the wallpapers and so on they've posted.
If you wanna note me after this so I don't spam your gallery with my replies, go ahead- I can try to help you as one DA artist to another.
