Hahaha, The Boss told me about all the fun you guys had just being nuts at AX and it made me wish I had gone. Hopefully sometime before the school year starts up again we can all get together and I can meet you all.
The Boss has all the pictures of us from Fanime as The Boss and EVA so hopefully when she gets some of the those to me, I can email them to you.

Oooh, i only got to go for one day, because i stayed up all night bleaching lines into my camopants and got very very ill XD but i heard what happened friday and wa s all like Q..Q oooh, also were free pretty much anytime and might even be going to anime vegas!
Oooooh, we heard about that from her and got all excited!! We also might be bringing along a Tatyana cosplayer! TIME PARADOX!! aiee, i have to get the pictures from Trish XD then we can send you more glorious pictures of our hawt selves!

You said you were The Fear, if I remember correctly. The Boss was telling me that you didn't get to finish your shirt and were "Tourist The Fear" which I got a pretty awesome kick out of. Picturing him with a camera around his neck, a Hawaiian shirt, knee high socks with sandals and a weird hat of some kind made me laugh to no end. Made me want to draw it (I know my gallery isn't anything to speak of, but I've been drawing more lately, but I have this horrible habit of never finishing what i start drawing).
Hopefully you guys can make it to ALA. That'll probably be the next con we'll be hitting for sure in January and we'll be EVA and The Boss there, and hopefully I'll have my Young Ocelot cosplay done by then... if I can find a wig... I don't want to cut or dye my hair... ever. D:
The Boss and I are cosplay perfectionist ourselves, so we know how that is. <3

My mother decided she was going to "borrow" my camera and accidently-on-purpose not give it back, so it's been a chore trying to get her to give it back.
That wig you linked me to wouldn't really work. I know a few people who are very wig savvy who say that crew-cutting a wig is pretty much impossible since you're exposing the net in the process. So unless its custom made or designed for that style, we're screwed unless we cut our hair, which isn't happening on my end.
Let's just hope the two new Metal Gear games coming out will be as awesome as they've been talked up.

Yeah, no she's not... but I don't think I could strike my mother in the uterus... I used to kick her there for nine straight months, and for the past twenty-one years I've been nagging her everyday to feed me, cloth me, etc, so I think in the end, I win. Sweet, sweet victory.
Believe me you DO NOT want to cut your hair for cosplay. I did once... and believe me I regretted it so hard for three years until it finally grew back to it's original length (recently). We will find a working wig... without fail. I will be Ocelot for your Volgin, it'll be epic as hell.

hmmm that is a valid point. in fact, just yesterday i wndered out of my bed chamber at like 230 in the afternoon and was ll like FEED ME!! and mpm was all like no, im tired, but i baked a delicious lots of things and its still hot! so i feastesded and then wandred off. oh!!! and then we got AWESOME pictures on the Balboa beach where all that flooding occured and it uwas up to my knees!! granted i am 5'2, but thats still freking lots of dlooding! were posting them after todays dayrun.
oooooh, thts why i was thinking against it. i have really thick curly hair. in fact, it pisses off a lot of people around me, because apparently i was born with the ultimate hair ever, but run around in tres and the beach and dont really use leave in conditioner, so my hair, while in a state of not falling apart, in not in the best shape, but also if i cut it, it poofs everywhere and i look like orphan annie with bigger cirls. its horrible q..q WE CAN DOO IT!!! And we make out among the stars!! or like... a lightning cloud or something. or on my human shagohod <..< oh ya, by the way, my friend volunteered to be my shagohod. my 6'4 friend! h was all like you are a tiny volgin, its not going to work well because your raikov is taller than you. so i was like well... i could get a wheelchair and dress it up like the shagohod.. and hes all like or i can dress as your shagohod!

We seem to have a lot in common, my friend. I have very long, straight, thin hair, but like yours, I put a brush through it and its straight and free of knots in a few minutes. Even after being braided all day, it just goes right back to how it always is and I don't even have to bother straightening it. Granted conditioner is a catalyst in making the process much faster, but not needed. The Boss and other friends of mine finds themselves jealous at times.
... You know somebody that will be our Shagohod? That's so awesome... but strange at the same time. I'm confused, but awed at his... dedication? I don't know, I guess. But that would make your life easier, since you get to ride on him at the end of the game, you could say that he has to carry you all day. Hahaha! Lucky! I got my Snake cosplayer to carry me on his back for a little while at Fanime while I was EVA, and complained that I was hungry, hurt, tired and PMSing the whole time, like what EVA does in the game, but after a while of really strange stares I decided to get down. D:

Well, now that I'm back in school, I'm waking up at 6 every morning, leaving the house at 7 to get to school by 7:15 so I can find a decent parking spot, then it's a matter of doing nothing for 45 minutes until my class starts, oh boy...

ALA is Anime Los Angeles, a con in January, small, but big enough to be legit. It's worth going to if you're interested, we always have fun there.
