On a day like this, the Belgian woman would normally sitting at home, reading a book or listening to her favorite music. However she wasn't, in fact, she was casually strolling around in a foreign country. Why? Because she thought she should go out more, and she always wanted to travel to other nations. Why not start with Belarus huh? Because next to Spain, Italy and Netherlands, Germany and France, Belarus was the country she was the most familiar with out of all.
Besides, the last time she went there, was a certain amount of years ago, in the time of the Chernobyl disaster. A horrible time for the Republic of Belarus, and Belgium had tried to help as much as possible, bringing hundreds of Belarusian citizen to her own country, and then take care of said people. But because it wasn't a nice time at all, she did wanted to see the country without there being a serious problem.
But being the type of person that preferred being accompanied, she took the liberty to interrupt her walk, to sit down on a bench she passed by, and took out her cellphone. After all, Natalia lived here right? Yeah duh, she was Belarus after all. Since she never really got the chance to talk to her, Belgium decided to ask or she would like to join the Belgian in her walk, because being alone was just lonely after all. Though, if Bella wanted, she would just go to the Belarusian female's home, like she usually did, but because she wasn't quite sure how Natalia would react on that, she figured out sending her a message first would be better.

Well, today on this normal day, Belarus was kind of hiding in the bushes with her binoculars in her hands, in a park. It always seems to be a habit for her, to be looking out for her brother, just in case he visits her country. She always waited for Russia to visit her country, she doesn't know why, but it always makes her feel so excited whenever he would visit. She has been sitting in those bushes for about an hour now, but she hasn't seen any signs of him coming. She sighed, putting down her binoculars, and decided to call it a day. It's like every day she loses her confidence of seeing her brother, little by little.
As she was about to get up, she felt her phone vibrate in one of her pockets in her dress. She jumped, for she was startled, not even expecting to get any messages. She was shaking, and she silently cursed herself by letting herself get scared of her phone. She slowly took out her phone and checked her messages, and saw it was Belgium that messaged her. She felt a bit troubled, because it's been a while since she used a phone. She wasn't really comfortable with technology, like her brother.
Feeling a bit nervous, she had her fingers on the keypad, ready to message her back. Her fingers moved slow, but she was making sure she replied to her. Somehow, she felt a bit happy that she got a message. She sat there for 5 minutes, attempting to text her back.
'It would be nice if we did... What would you like to do?'

As she was sitting on the bench awaiting a response from the Belarusian, she had already started swinging her legs back and forth, being the amazingly impatient person, she had to occupy herself, so acting slightly childish was the only manner for her to not fall into extreme boredom, even if it took only 5 minutes before her phone made a noise.
The Belgian's face lightened up seemingly when she read the response she got from Belarus, happy about the fact the other accepted her suggestion after all, because she knew how her relationship with Russia was, and actually had thought that she would be busy with him at the moment, however all those thoughts had already faded.
//"Hmm...Well we could do whatever! Eat ice cream or just go walk or something? However you should text me your address then, because i kind of forgot, and i'm just sitting in some sort of a park right now."//
As she send the message, she put away her phone and started humming as she let her emerald eyes scan the area closely, slightly shaking her head on the rhythm of the tune she was mumbling. Hopefully waiting for yet another reply.

Awaiting for the reply, Natalia was packing up her supplies that she had while she was waiting in the bushes, just moments ago. Fortunately, Russia didn't come at least. She put her binoculars, her blanket, and some snacks away in her purse. She was ready to go, now she was just a bit worried where exactly she could hang out with Belgium. She's an awkward person, and doesn't really socialize in general. In fact, this is actually the first woman that she's hanging out with. She's just hoping that she won't fail, or make her bored.

She heard her phone vibrate, and she jumped again of how surprised she was. Cursing herself once again, she took out her phone to check her message. She sweated a bit, because she happened to be in the same park that Belgium is waiting for her in. Should she come out of the bushes and awkwardly greet her? Or should she run to her house to get ready?? She had a troubled look on her face, but she was slowly going with the 'Going to her house' choice. She started to text slowly on her keypad.
'You can come to my house. My address is xxxxx, xxxx. I'll see you there.'
After sending the message, she rushed off to her house, hoping she will beat Belgium.

As she was already sick of swinging her legs, she had casually decided that maybe just looking around and counting the trees would be a better way to not get bored, so that was her current occupation. However inspecting her surroundings, she swore she saw something jump out a bush and run away, however the only thing she saw was a blue flash, and when she blinked, it was already gone. But before she could start thinking of things that the blue flash could be, she was interrupted by her phone telling her another message arrived.
//"Oke! I'll be there in a few minutes."// Was her answer.
With that, she happily stood up, and jump-stepped to the address that (she hoped) belonged to the Belarusian. In the time it took to get there, she started thinking of things that they could do together, Which was pretty hard, since she wasn't really sure what the other liked to do, but oh well, she could always ask first, and then see right? A fit option.

A few minutes later, the Belgian blonde was standing in front of a house, and she looked down at the mobile device in her hands, checking or it was actually the right one. According to the information in her phone, yep, it was the right building.
However she was struggling with herself, should she send a message saying she arrived? Or just knock..?
After some seconds she seemed to have made her choice, as she walked over to Belarus' front door, and knocked. Then she stepped back somewhat again, and looked around for a bit.

Belarus coughed a bit, looking away with a slight blush on her face, impressed of how Japan looks. "You still need to work on your Russian a bit.." She muttered. A smile appeared on her face, taking the bouquet of flowers. She thought that she would spend her birthday alone again, but now that Japan is here, it felt much more different with company..
"Um.. thank you." She said, nodding slightly.
