Hey! I had a question about creativity. What kinds of things help you be more creative?

Usually having some sort of prompt, a starting point helps me out. I like to look towards stories (both fact and fiction), mythology and science for inspiration.
Occasionally I go back to random notes I've written myself at try to see if there's anything salvageable from that. I do a lot of observation drawing so I can often draw from that too-- even though the stuff is no longer in front of me. Unless I'm just doodling aimlessly I absolutely need some kind of idea to work from.
