Arthur was scribbling at his desk with his eyes glued to his work. He had a meeting coming up, and so he wanted to get all of the paperwork out of the way since it was a nice day outside. As he continued to flip pages and write, he noticed that the light coming the window was being blocked by a shadow. He frowned and adjusted his reading glasses before looking up.

The Frenchman had little regard for personal space when it came to dear Angleterre. Oh, alright, maybe the "dear" was a bit exaggerated, although he rarely did ever hesitate to call Arthur that, especially when the Brit was annoyed by it. But anyways, back to the matter at hand. The Frenchman didn't let the thought that the other male might be working cross his mind; instead, he thought it would be a nice idea to go visit his "frenemy" (as Alfred called it). He hadn't bothered to phone ahead, nor to let his presence be known before he entered the room. Instead he had let himself in and had managed to stay completely quiet as he walked into the room, soon blocking some of the light from the window. When Arthur looked up, a smile crossed the  Frenchman's lips. 

"Tu t’en sors?" He questioned curiously, tilting his head to the side as he gave little regard to the other male's personal space, moving in closely to peer at what he was doing exactly. "Paperwork. You certainly are working hard today, aren't you, mon ami?"
