I love Karen Gillan, so I'd love to. But as much as I'd love to, I'm afraid I don't have the time. I'll suggest The Gimp as a free image manipulation program. Find a good source image, then a good transplant candidate. Regardless of whether you transplant the belly or the face / head, you can get good results by taking your time, matching colors, and blending carefully. The results are worth the effort.
