He blocked you because you responded poorly to being called out for what you did, you can't force them to like you. Tagging him in your comments to get around the block is considered block evading, and you may be banned if people see what you are doing.
Are you actually using Bill Cosby as an excuse? I'm not playing your game, if he has another opinion on the case, you don't have to believe him, but you just can't respect other opinions, can you?

It doesn't matter if you gave credit, actually.
1) Do not yell at me on my own profile, you will be hidden and blocked if you go against my rules. That would be embarrassing, especially after you ranted about you before fair, yes?
2) If the artist specified that you cannot use their work, you are going against copyright laws, and what you said up there is just you contradicting yourself.

You do realize that fanart is allowed for any creation, right? The art would not be taken down because the series is public, however, the art it not. I would like to resolve this conflict. To do that, you would have to refrain from trying be to sarcastic to me in my own page. Unless you would prefer to be blocked? I could report you for doing this, I would not like to do so, but I will if you refuse to take this to noting.

When you you make claims like this I have every right to give on you for it... I could you report for accuse me as being a thief when I was not. I never said I made the work I said where I got from and edit it in photoshop for fun I don't do this to make money off of it. I do this to test my skill in photoshop and have fun doing it and I like when people tell me I doing something worn when I not...

No, because I believe you are a thief, and if you try to report me for that, you can be banned for false reporting.
