Never thought of it that way, I always compared him to Dutch Van Der Linde from Red Dead Redemptions 1 and 2 with a mixture of John K aka the creator of Ren and Stimpy.

John K is not very liked mainly how he mistreated his employees and sexual stuff he seduced underaged girls, Hell actor Billy West who voiced Stimpy flat out hates John K for mistreating him.

As for the Dutch Van Der Linde thing, the character started out as a well respected man who was like a father to the main character and his friends only to slowly go insane, mistreat his gang even the most loyal members and would even kill those very close to him because they were not loyal to him.
